About the Role

Castillo Hermanos is hiring an Administrative Assistant to play a key operational role within our warehouse. This position focuses on receiving goods, managing inventory, and handling critical supplier relations and documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Open and close warehouse shutters as needed.
  • Attend to suppliers and issue passes.
  • Receive merchandise, perform physical counts, verify against documents, and check expiration dates.
  • Classify and organize items returned from sales points.
  • Review excess merchandise received after peak seasons.
  • Perform spills or destruction of expired or damaged merchandise.
  • Operate forklifts.
  • Complete any activity required by your immediate supervisor.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma in Accounting Technician (Diversificado en Perito Contador o Perito Contador).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Warehouse or Truck Assistant.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
