Castillo Hermanos is hiring an Administrative Assistant to play a key operational role within our warehouse. This position focuses on receiving goods, managing inventory, and handling critical supplier relations and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Open and close warehouse shutters as needed.
- Attend to suppliers and issue passes.
- Receive merchandise, perform physical counts, verify against documents, and check expiration dates.
- Classify and organize items returned from sales points.
- Review excess merchandise received after peak seasons.
- Perform spills or destruction of expired or damaged merchandise.
- Operate forklifts.
- Complete any activity required by your immediate supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma in Accounting Technician (Diversificado en Perito Contador o Perito Contador).
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Warehouse or Truck Assistant.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
