Responsibilities
- Generate quotations for group life insurance and supplementary benefits
- Handle renewal processing for Group Life insurance plans
- Issue medical inquiry forms as needed
- Create statements of benefits and corresponding invoices
- Assemble and forward underwriting documentation
- Produce and distribute master agreements for newly established plans
- Manage claims related to death and total permanent disability
- Conduct premium reconciliation for active insurance schemes
- Maintain and regularly update the client information database
- Follow up with both internal teams and external collaborators
- Deliver high-quality service to employers, partners, and policyholders
- Support the Team Leader with operational tasks as necessary
- Carry out additional related responsibilities according to business needs
