As an Admin Specialist, you’ll play a central role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of digital content operations. You'll populate and manage the admin panel by handling multimedia assets, text resources, and structured workout content, ensuring everything is accurately organized and publication-ready.
What You'll Do
- Upload and manage content including video, audio, images, and written materials using the administrative platform
- Conduct final quality checks before content goes live to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with remote team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Structure and maintain database entries, ensuring information is logically organized and up to date
- Regularly audit existing materials to verify relevance and correctness
- Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements to increase productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience working with content management systems and digital admin interfaces
- Familiarity with content builder logic and structured data input
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and managing information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistent quality
- Self-directed with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Willingness to take initiative in improving processes and identifying solutions
