What You'll Do
You'll lead the end-to-end production of high-impact content, transforming raw ideas and footage into refined, engaging assets tailored for professional audiences. Your work will center on crafting video content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, ensuring each piece meets current visual standards for clarity, pacing, and professionalism.
You’ll edit talking-head and educational clips using clean jump cuts, dynamic captions, zoom effects, and visual overlays to maintain viewer engagement. Audio will be refined with sound design, subtitles, and appropriate background music to match a B2B tone. Each video will be adapted into multiple versions for different platforms, maximizing reach without sacrificing quality.
In parallel, you’ll design LinkedIn carousel posts, article headers, thumbnails, and supporting graphics using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Every visual element will align with a consistent, modern brand identity, reinforcing credibility and authority in digital spaces.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Proven experience developing content for B2B or professional service audiences
- Solid background in editing educational or interview-style footage
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats and platform-specific best practices
- Ability to design visually cohesive graphics and layouts for LinkedIn posts and articles
- Commitment to maintaining a polished, modern aesthetic across all deliverables
