This role is responsible for managing administrative and operational functions across remote and active construction sites. The Admin Executive will act as a key liaison between project teams and external departments, ensuring all site activities proceed efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations at construction sites, particularly those in development or located in remote areas.
- Coordinate with government and private entities—including regulatory, utility, and law enforcement agencies—for permits, documentation, and compliance matters.
- Supervise on-site support services such as security, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Facilitate logistics, vendor coordination, and material dispatch as needed to support construction workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, expenditures, and administrative reports.
- Support project leadership by enforcing safety standards and promoting disciplined, organized site operations.
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles within construction, operations, or site management.
- Established connections with local authorities such as LESCO, EPA, TEPA, DHA, and police departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in reporting.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple locations remotely.
- Familiarity with construction site processes is an added advantage.
