This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and operational functions across remote and active construction sites. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external entities, ensuring seamless execution of site-related activities.
What You'll Do
- Manage administrative operations at multiple project locations, including those under development or in remote areas.
- Coordinate with government agencies and private organizations to secure approvals, complete documentation, and maintain compliance.
- Supervise on-site support services such as security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure consistent supply chain coordination and provide logistical support to construction and project staff.
- Keep accurate records of site activities, expenditures, and operational reports.
- Organize vendor interactions, material deliveries, and dispatch schedules as needed.
- Support the implementation of safety standards and help uphold discipline across work areas.
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles within construction, site operations, or field management.
- Established connections with local authorities such as power, environmental, and municipal departments.
- Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to operate independently and oversee multiple locations remotely.
