Start To Finish Consulting GmbH is hiring an Ad Sales Manager based in Mumbai or Delhi to drive growth with local clients. Your mission is to build effective relationships and manage the complete sales process within our innovative, results-driven AdTech environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough client analyses to understand business needs.
- Leverage product strengths to create custom solution proposals for clients.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with digital agencies and brands, both existing and new, in the region.
- Create necessary documents including financial proposals, commercial offers, and agreements for client approval.
- Ensure a quality and quantity transfer of clients to the Account Management team.
- Monitor market changes and proactively inform leadership on competitor activity and regional issues affecting advertisers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through demonstration and closure.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Ad Sales.
- Deep knowledge of digital assets including Ad formats, campaigns, Native advertising, and Programmatic solutions.
- Understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and S2S trackers.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with both digital agencies and direct brands in India, preferably in Mumbai and/or Delhi.
