MGID is hiring an Ad Sales Manager to drive our expansion and growth in the Peruvian market. You will be instrumental in expanding our advertiser base, building strategic partnerships with premium brands, and establishing our market presence through effective client acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough analyses of client needs to identify strategic advertising opportunities.
- Leverage product strengths to create customized proposals that align with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and premium brands.
- Manage existing accounts and actively identify new client opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial and business proposals tailored to client goals.
- Ensure a high-quality transition of new clients to Account Management for smooth onboarding.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
What We're Looking For
- A sales professional with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing focused on customer acquisition.
- Background in affiliate marketing, direct client management, and a keen interest in performance marketing.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising assets, including ad formats, campaign management, and native advertising solutions.
- Fluent in Spanish and at least intermediate in English, with strong communication skills for client engagement.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and S2S trackers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong planning and organizational skills.

- Prior experience managing performance-driven advertising campaigns.
