Solventum is looking for an Acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to manage a sales territory in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for customer support, sustainable business growth, and building strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Manage accounts and territory to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets and quotas.
  • Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
  • Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com.
  • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints.
  • Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program.
  • Leverage hospital network and various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders, such as surgeons.
  • Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products.
  • Routinely attend procedures and placements.
  • Increase mix of advanced therapy utilization, including NPIs.
  • Persuade key stakeholders at hospital to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
  • Provide customer support and service.
  • Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to Have

  • Proven track record of quota and target attainment.
  • Prior wound care, medical device, or operating room sales or clinical experience.
  • Proven experience in territory management and business planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers.
  • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas.
  • Customer focused selling and closing.
  • Experience navigating complex selling cycles.
  • Completion of a formal sales training program.
  • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.
  • Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process.
  • Outstanding data and analytical skills.
