Brown & Brown, Inc is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to be a vital, value-added asset for Arrowhead Intermediaries. You will provide actionable data insights and rate strategies, collaborating with program leaders to make key strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and analyze all available program data.
- Analyze available market data.
- Perform Loss Reserve, Loss Trend, and Premium Trend Analyses.
- Prepare rate level indications.
- Select appropriate rate levels for all programs.
- Produce annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting including price level indications and incurred and paid loss development.
- Conduct product development and market level surveys.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of at least three CAS/SOA Exams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, capable of effectively responding to changing needs.
- Microsoft Excel advanced user.
- 2+ years of relevant actuarial experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with R-Studio and SQL is a plus.
- Emphasis on ratemaking experience preferred.
