Responsibilities
- Implement effective strategies and programs to facilitate the onboarding of new merchants, ensuring a smooth transition to the Rebuy platform.
- Design and conduct "one to many" office hours tailored to SMB and micro-merchant segments to drive product understanding and usage.
- Become a trusted Rebuy product expert, able to quickly recognize high-impact strategies and use cases that drive adoption and value for micro and SMB merchants.
- Provide one-on-one video calls with merchants to address specific needs or concerns, fostering strong relationships and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to execute campaigns aimed at activating high-potential stores. Ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned across functions.
- Gather and relay merchant feedback to appropriate teams to help refine products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of the E-commerce Space: A solid grasp of Rebuy’s context and platform, understanding its capabilities and future direction.
- Proven Track Record in a High-Growth Environment: Demonstrable success in managing projects and initiatives in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Both written and verbal.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools to manage relationships and track engagement effectively.
- Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a similar role in a tech or SaaS environment.
