Jobgether is looking for an Actimize and ETL Developer to build and optimize data pipelines and contribute to compliance-focused solutions within complex technical environments. In this remote role based in India, you will collaborate with global teams to implement robust ETL workflows, customize Actimize systems, and ensure high-quality software delivery for critical financial and trade surveillance operations.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, and Ab Initio.
Review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and create Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support application functionality.
Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) with proper documentation of results.
Create and maintain release instructions, technical documentation, and project-related deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams and client resources to facilitate smooth release migrations and operational workflows.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of processes and adherence to compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with ETL development using Informatica, Ab Initio, or SSIS.
Proficiency with databases such as Oracle or MS-SQL and strong SQL skills.
Practical knowledge of scheduling tools like Autosys, Control-M, or SQL Server Scheduler.
Experience with Python and Kafka integration.
Experience working in globally distributed teams and delivering high-quality results independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic technical environment and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and HP QC ALM.
Understanding of compliance domains including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Trade Surveillance.
