Lime is looking for a Program Manager, Street Operations to play a critical role in our mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are optimally positioned to meet rider demand, maximizing availability and minimizing wait times. Acting as the expert in data, product, and process improvement, you will develop and implement solutions for operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Optimize vehicle positioning to meet demand and monitor impact on the user base.
Empower local business owners by determining their reporting requirements and providing the necessary tools.
Build and maintain analytical reports that drive strategic business decisions.
Identify and solve operational challenges by recognizing trends and proposing solutions.
Streamline reporting processes by integrating mechanisms into workflows and automating.
Drive continuous improvement by structuring project plans to evolve the reporting stack.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication, mapping key stakeholders and managing expectations.
Define and track project success by owning scopes, identifying metrics, and measuring progress.

What We're Looking For

A strong analytical mindset with 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and/or operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to recognize patterns and drive data-backed solutions.
Experience integrating reporting systems into business processes, with a focus on automation and optimization.
Ability to structure and execute project plans independently, defining success metrics and tracking outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
Solid knowledge of SQL and Excel/Sheets is mandatory.
Data visualization and summarization proficiency is necessary.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

Specific experience with Tableau or other data analysis tools.
Skills in Python, Google Script, or other automation tools.
