Lightly AG is hiring a Generative AI Data | Human Expert for a flexible freelance role. You will evaluate Generative AI outputs, label and create data, and test AI applications. This position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced field, suitable for students and experts.

What You'll Do

Review AI multimodal outputs for quality and adherence to simple guidelines.
Judge clarity, tone, and context in the target language.
Check that generated content is relevant to the task across different topics.
Spot issues or gaps and note straightforward improvements.
Label or create small example data sets when needed.
Try basic workflows or tools and share short feedback.
Keep clean records, follow instructions, and meet timelines.

What We're Looking For

Fluent proficiency in English.
Careful attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
Comfort using AI tools and basic prompting.
Hold a valid work permit for Switzerland.

Nice to Have

Interest or experience in technical, business, creative, or educational topics.
Current student or independent freelancer.
