What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI strategy frameworks tailored to enterprise objectives, guiding clients through digital evolution.
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across diverse business functions.
- Develop strategic road maps for AI adoption, integrating emerging technologies like generative AI, Agentic systems, and retrieval augmented generation.
- Deliver executive briefings that translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment across innovation, governance, and solution development.
- Support sales efforts by providing strategic insight during client engagements and proposal development.
- Produce thought leadership content and research that advances the organization’s AI positioning in the market.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts by tracking advancements in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data architecture patterns.
- Represent the organization at conferences and forums, building relationships with technology partners and industry experts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in technical consulting focused on AI, data science, or advanced analytics.
- Proven track record developing and deploying AI strategies within complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms including Python, R, PyTorch, TensorFlow, GitHub, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, quantization, RAG, and MCP.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional teams.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Background
- Advanced degree or certifications in AI, machine learning, or related disciplines.
- Industry-recognized credentials such as Azure ML Specialty or Google Cloud ML Engineer.
