Kaufland e-commerce is looking for a Retail Media Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities by analyzing data, supporting advertisers in developing their potential, and driving internal initiatives to enhance our retail media offerings.

What You'll Do

Identify growth opportunities by diving deep into data to uncover new business opportunities.
Analyze data from individual advertisers to make suggestions for developing their potential.
Derive actionable insights to add new advertisers, expand advertising space, and make product changes.
Monitor competitors' figures and highlight growth opportunities for the company.
Foster a growth-oriented mindset by understanding advertiser needs and identifying aligned solutions.
Lead internal initiatives integral to the retail media strategy and foster development of offerings.
Join advertiser calls to provide partners with impactful insights on their performance.
Leverage a data-driven approach to enhance analysis processes and generate actionable insights.
Communicate key metrics and complex data insights effectively to stakeholders and customers.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, information systems, economics, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the retail media and advertising business.
Multiple years of experience in roles requiring innovative thinking and adaptability.
Advanced analytical skills.
Proficiency in using data warehouses like BigQuery and data visualization tools like Tableau.
Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in an environment where quick wins matter and produce early, tangible results.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
