What You'll Do
Take ownership of the accounts receivable cycle, driving timely collections and ensuring financial accuracy across customer accounts. Monitor outstanding balances strategically, identifying delays and addressing them proactively through clear, professional communication. Resolve payment discrepancies efficiently while preserving strong customer relationships.
Perform detailed reconciliations to support reliable financial reporting and assist in the accurate posting of incoming payments. Work hand-in-hand with departments like sales and operations to clear billing issues swiftly. Play a key role in month-end and year-end procedures, including audit preparation and final account validation.
Requirements
- Hold or be completing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting standards and receivables workflows.
- Use accounting software effectively, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and conversation.
- Apply strong attention to detail when handling financial data and documentation.
- Safeguard confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Show consistent reliability in delivering accurate results under deadlines.
- Work independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Stay organized and manage time efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Display genuine interest in growing professionally within a performance-oriented setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Business Central Navision is an advantage. Additional language skills in French or German may enhance your candidacy.
