About the Role

Hireframe is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This role is permanently remote and based in Mexico, operating during U.S. business hours. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in AR processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure performance meets or exceeds standard level agreements (SLAs)
  • Process customer refunds and manage the internal help desk
  • Provide exemplary service to internal requesters, exercising due diligence before escalating issues
  • Input pertinent payment information into the internal system
  • Respond to all inquiries or requests in a timely fashion
  • Identify short payments and forward them to the Collector for review
  • Perform research and resolution of unidentified or unapplied cash by contacting stakeholders and customers via phone or mail
  • Create inter-company journal entries, complete appropriate applications, and reconcile cash applied to cash received
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact through resolution
  • Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for requests and exploring opportunities to add value
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and managers to identify opportunities for optimized results
  • Maintain the unapplied cash position at a minimum level and address sync issues between internal systems promptly
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of finance or accounting experience, specifically in Accounts Receivable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NetSuite and/or HighRadius is a plus
