About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders and contracts
- Coordinate payment schedules and disbursements
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and status
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation requests
- Monitor vendor license and certification requirements
- Track insurance compliance and renewal deadlines
- Identify discrepancies in vendor documentation
- Escalate unresolved vendor issues following defined procedures
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve variances
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams on vendor onboarding
- Review new vendor applications for completeness
- Assist in developing process improvements for efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy in financial systems
- Follow confidentiality protocols for sensitive financial data
- Adhere to internal controls and approval workflows
