Katch is hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounts payable team members, managing workloads and facilitating training
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable functions, including invoice validation, coding, approval workflows, and payment execution
• Enforce compliance with internal control policies and payment authorization protocols
• Maintain accurate vendor information and manage ongoing supplier communications
• Address and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and billing inquiries
• Authorize and verify payment batches, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable subledger with the general ledger and support financial closing cycles
• Generate, review, and distribute reports, key metrics, and audit documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes
• Support the rollout and enhancement of accounting systems and automation projects
• Administer the employee expense reimbursement workflow in compliance with company policy
• Create and post journal entries as required for accounting accuracy
