Process payroll for employees across A-LIGN’s international offices, including the United States, Bulgaria, Panama, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and India, with attention to local regulations and payroll specifics unique to each region. Handle accounts payable tasks such as invoice processing, expense report reviews, and vendor payment coordination to maintain smooth financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities for a multinational workforce, identifying and applying country-specific requirements
- Review and process invoices and employee expense claims to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Conduct routine audits of payroll and accounts payable data to verify completeness and precision
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and generate reports to support month-end and year-end closing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet compliance standards and payment deadlines
- Support annual audits by preparing reconciliations and documentation for financial statements and benefit reviews
- Adjust quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of hands-on payroll experience covering standard and non-standard earnings, tax calculations, benefits deductions, and payment processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing payroll across multiple countries
- Familiarity with accounts payable workflows
- Working knowledge of Workday or CloudPay
