HireHawk is looking for an Accounting Manager to provide comprehensive financial management for a portfolio of founder-led consumer product brands. This role combines hands-on accounting ownership with client relationship management, serving e-commerce, retail, and CPG clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Manage inventory accounting, including subledger to GL reconciliation, write-offs, and accuracy checks
- Oversee AP/AR processes, bill payments, and payroll entries
- Prepare and review financial packages including P&L, Balance Sheet, and trend analysis
- Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations directly to clients
- Serve as the primary client contact for calls, presentations, and ongoing communication
- Manage and mentor 1–2 bookkeepers
- Handle a portfolio of 5–6 clients per pod
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience owning the full accounting cycle for multiple clients or business units
- Expertise in inventory accounting and reconciliation within e-commerce or consumer brands
- Proven ability to prepare accurate financial packages and conduct detailed trend analysis
- Strong client relationship skills with experience leading calls and presentations
- Experience managing and developing junior accounting or bookkeeping staff
- Ability to thrive while managing multiple client accounts in a service-based environment
Team & Environment
You will manage 1–2 bookkeepers as part of your pod structure, operating within a service-focused team that supports high-growth consumer brands.
Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly salary: $1,700 - $2,200
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Egypt, operating within a global team structure.
