Clearco is hiring an Accounting Manager

Clearco is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead full-cycle accounting and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial records. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in maintaining the general ledger, implementing efficient processes, and supporting overall business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the accounting system and processes are efficient and effective in supporting financial reporting.
• Assist with the year-end financial statement audit with external auditors.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports to support executive decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other members of the Finance team.

What We're Looking For

• CPA designation.
• 4-7 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable about IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Previous experience working with Sage Intacct.
• Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment with intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Can deliver results independently and while working with a team.
• Able to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
