Kyndryl is looking for an Accounting Analyst in Buenos Aires to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our accounting systems, ensuring strict GAAP compliance, conducting audits, and performing financial planning and analysis to support our global operations.

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.
Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.
Prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
Provide records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
Record, analyze, and report worldwide financial data in accordance with GAAP for legally required filings, including SEC and local country agencies.
Plan, conduct, and apply different types of audits to ensure compliance with requirements, including internal and external auditing, financial and quality auditing, risk analysis, and control deficiency management.
Apply knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations to ensure adherence to internal and governmental policies, including regulatory compliance, compliance management and reporting, and security controls.
Utilize financial information to plan, forecast, and make decisions, including quantitative analysis, financial modeling, decision support systems, and strategic decision-making.
Plan, conduct, and interpret financial analyses to gain insight on business improvements, including data collection, statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and using analytic software and dashboards.

What We're Looking For

More than one year of previous experience in accounting and knowledge of categories in a financial statement.
Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables.
Basic level of SAP/S4H knowledge.
Intermediate English communication ability, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.
Preferably advanced in their accounting career, although relevant work experience will be considered as compensation.
