Responsibilities
- Process and document daily accounting entries for operations in Canada and Colombia.
- Assist in preparing and finalizing monthly financial statements and reporting packages.
- Support tax compliance activities and regulatory filings under guidance.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy across systems.
- Track and record revenues, expenses, and vendor invoices using platforms like NetSuite, Stripe, and Kajabi.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense management workflows.
- Handle multi-currency transactions and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Aid in monitoring budgets and analyzing financial variances.
- Preserve audit-ready documentation and adhere to accounting and tax standards.
- Facilitate vendor payments and client invoicing operations.
- Contribute to establishing administrative and accounting systems for the new Bogotá office, including POS and payment integrations.
