Real is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for critical accounting functions, including preparing and reviewing bank reconciliations for multiple Canadian provinces, managing subledgers, and supporting the month-end close process. You will be a key contributor in a team dedicated to maintaining financial accuracy and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations for Ontario (ON), Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), and Manitoba (MB).
- Manage ON, AB, BC, and MB subledgers and ensure accurate bank entries.
- Assist the payouts team with finance-related functions.
- Support month-end closing tasks.
- Participate in special projects, system enhancements, or ad hoc analyses as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, attentive, flexible, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Business Central is a plus.
