Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver monthly financial summaries to senior and divisional management teams.
- Review and analyze purchase orders to confirm financial compliance and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate existing accounting workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and resource use.
- Distribute performance insights to division leaders and track follow-up actions.
- Partner with Finance departments to conduct routine reconciliations and assist in year-end audits.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards.
- Support the creation of financial statements and performance reports for executive review.
- Implement process enhancements to increase the accuracy and efficiency of accounting functions.
- Ensure annual statutory filings are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Planning & Performance, and regional finance units to support strategic objectives.
