IBMC is looking for an Accountant to manage high-volume client payouts, invoices, and financial reporting for a business operating at the intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrency. This position is a key operator of the central business hub, maintaining a custom dashboard and ensuring transaction integrity.
What You'll Do
- Handle client payouts via bank transfers and cryptocurrency using dedicated applications.
- Manage and organize all company invoices, ensuring proper filing, classification, and audit readiness.
- Maintain and update the custom-developed internal dashboard to ensure all business operations are centralized and accurate.
- Record and report all incoming and outgoing payments, including payouts for client challenges, commissions for influencers, and direct crypto payments from partners.
- Reconcile all financial transactions daily to ensure the dashboard reflects the true state of operations.
- Calculate commissions based on internal data and generate regular financial reports for leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong background in accounting and financial management.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of data, complex commissions, and multi-source payments.
- Ability to manage a financial dashboard efficiently and work autonomously with high attention to detail.
- Must be professional, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Professional-level English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cryptocurrency transactions, specifically USDT, is a significant plus.
