Responsibilities
- Process client disbursements through bank transfers and cryptocurrency methods, including USDT on ERC20 and TRC20 networks, using specified software tools.
- Organize and maintain all company invoicing with accurate categorization, storage, and preparation for audits.
- Keep an internal, custom-built dashboard updated to ensure centralized and precise tracking of business activities.
- Log and report all financial inflows and outflows, such as challenge payouts, influencer commissions, and partner payments in fiat or crypto.
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial records to align actual transactions with dashboard data.
- Compute commission amounts from internal datasets and produce recurring financial summaries for management review.
