CG Life is looking for a strategic and energetic Account Supervisor to serve as a key client partner for our life sciences, healthcare, and biopharma accounts. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop complex marketing projects, and collaborate with an integrated agency team to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.
- Drive work forward and manage client questions and challenges independently.
- Manage client expectations to foster productive and effective working partnerships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanded services within current accounts.
- Oversee budget tracking and client communication on estimates, actuals, and project metrics.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations with flawless execution.
- Facilitate and lead tactical meetings with confidence and clarity.
- Apply deep brand knowledge to ensure strategic alignment in all deliverables.
- Anticipate and solve challenges with sound judgment.
- Actively contribute to strategic discussions and attend market research to share insights.
- Build strong partnerships with internal functional teams, project management, and finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, deliver, and present assigned work.
- Contribute to brand tactical planning and creative work.
- Manage and/or mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of healthcare or life sciences agency experience, or experience in a fast-paced life sciences/healthcare organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and make informed decisions balancing agency and client goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and agile, able to quickly change course when needed.

- A deep understanding of the life sciences, biopharma, and healthcare industry.
Team & Environment
This role works within the Client Services department and reports to a Group Account Director.
