About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding clients toward long-term success by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with their business goals. The strategist will act as a trusted advisor, using insights and collaboration to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly

- Anticipate client needs through market and usage analysis
- Drive renewal and upsell initiatives with data-backed proposals
- Act as primary strategic advisor for assigned accounts
- Facilitate onboarding and adoption of new features
- Gather feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Align internal resources with client timelines and priorities
- Produce quarterly business reviews with executive summaries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Support crisis resolution with strategic recovery planning
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service levels
- Track and report on customer health scores
- Build trust through consistent, value-focused communication
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments
- Use CRM tools to forecast growth and retention
- Promote best practices in customer engagement
- Escalate critical issues with clear resolution paths
