Agoda, part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], is looking for an Account Specialist to manage a portfolio of emerging supply partners in Busan. This fully-remote role focuses on expanding Agoda’s supply network coverage and quality by driving revenue growth, supporting partner onboarding, and improving performance through data-informed strategies and effective communication.
What You'll Do
- Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value
- Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registrations
- Monitor partner performance and support simple action plans to improve production and revenue
- Support the identification of supply and promotion needs to better match market demand in key destinations
- Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including face-to-face visits, phone, email, messaging and webinars
- Train and inform partners on our technologies, tools and models
- Maintain accurate partner information and support basic weekly or monthly reporting in internal systems
- Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems
What We're Looking For
- Native level Korean to communicate with clients speaking Korean
- Intermediate English to communicate internally
- Demonstrates basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can have minimum of 10 meaningful conversations with partners per day
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
- Able to support the Korean market and follow the business hours & public holidays in the Korean
- Driver’s license with good driving skills and a clean record
Nice to Have
- 0-2 years’ experience working in business development or execution role
- In-person sales execution experience
- Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets)
- Analysis skills desired
- Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions
- Intellectual curiosity
