Agoda is hiring an Account Specialist - Busan (Fully-remote)

As an Account Specialist based in Busan, you’ll play a key role in expanding a network of accommodation providers by managing relationships with emerging partners. Working entirely remotely, you’ll proactively engage with both new and existing suppliers to strengthen their presence on the platform and improve revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to high-potential partners to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimize their performance
  • Guide new partners through registration processes to ensure full onboarding
  • Track partner performance and assist in implementing straightforward improvement plans
  • Identify trends in supply and promotional needs that align with demand in key travel markets
  • Engage partners through phone, email, messaging, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits
  • Train partners on platform tools, technologies, and performance models
  • Keep partner records up to date and support routine reporting tasks within internal systems
  • Manage daily priorities, monitor progress, and adjust workflows based on performance data

What You’ll Need

  • Native proficiency in Korean, with intermediate English skills for internal communication
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to conduct at least 10 meaningful partner interactions daily
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, evolving industry
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting responsibilities and business needs
  • Availability to support the Korean market during local business hours and holidays
  • A valid driver’s license with safe driving history

Preferred Background

  • 0–2 years in business development, sales, or execution roles
  • Experience in field-based sales or client-facing environments
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Comfort analyzing data to inform decisions and drive results
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and improve
