Manage affiliate programs with precision and service in a fully remote role that values curiosity, resilience, and clear communication. As an Account Specialist in Affiliate Marketing, you'll oversee daily operations for multiple client programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking across key platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client and affiliate engagement through timely updates, newsletters, and proactive communication in German and English
- Generate performance reports using Excel—leveraging pivot tables, V-lookups, and formatting—to uncover trends and recommend optimizations
- Monitor campaign metrics, identify risks, and maintain program integrity by tracking fraud and compliance
- Coordinate tasks independently, meet deadlines, and escalate potential delays early
- Collaborate with team members to refine processes, share insights, and improve service delivery
- Support peer development by sharing best practices and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate programs
- Proven Excel proficiency, including data analysis and formatting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort using SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact (experience preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML is a plus
