Seagate is looking for an Account Representative to drive the growth of our HDD, SSD, and System solution business to meet company targets for revenue, margin, and market share. In this role, you will build and execute business strategy while managing key customer relationships in the dynamic IT industry.
What You'll Do
- Drive Seagate HDD, SSD, and System solution business growth to meet company targets for revenue, margin, and market share.
- Develop short- and long-term account plans aligned with the country strategy.
- Build a business and account strategy with a solid, executable action plan to deliver on company targets.
- Develop and manage account demand, customer forecasts, and supply on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
- Communicate market trends, industry dynamics, customer requirements, and pain points; translate account strategy into a business plan and drive its execution.
- Identify and communicate gaps and opportunities between Seagate's business, product, and technical strategy and customer or market direction.
- Lead customer quarterly business reviews and executive meetings to maintain and enhance relationships, engagement, and loyalty to improve Seagate's share and customer satisfaction.
- Develop initiatives in joint product, solution, and business models to deepen and expand customer collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Proficiency with office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience within the IT industry.
- A proven track record of success.
- A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experience.

Work Mode
This role is based locally in the city. Locations for this position are Beijing, China; Shenzhen, China; or Hangzhou, China.
