Philips is hiring an Account Manager/Clinical Specialist - IGTD (Western Canada)

About the Role

At Philips, a global health technology company, we believe every human matters. We are seeking an Account Manager/Clinical Specialist for our Image Guided Therapy Device (IGTD) portfolio to build deep relationships and drive long-term growth with high-value clients in Western Canada (BC/SK).

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for high-value clients to drive long-term growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to create innovative strategies for capturing and growing market share.
  • Provide pre-sales support and customer education for the IGTD portfolio through presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, and hands-on end-user training.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, assisting with clinical and technical input for RFPs and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, serving as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in device/capital hospital sales and/or equivalent experience in a relevant clinical hospital setting.
  • Proven customer management skills and clinical expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge and good communication skills.
  • Ability to execute business objectives as a hardworking self-starter.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to British Columbia.
  • Valid Canadian work authorization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support to our clients.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Total compensation: $63,000 to $99,000.

Work Mode

This is an onsite role based in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
