Vibe was looking for an Account Manager

Vibe is hiring an Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner and growth driver for our enterprise client portfolio. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, ensuring client success through data-driven optimization and proactive account expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for enterprise clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize for KPIs, and recommend strategies to maximize client ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, explaining performance, suggesting next steps, and identifying opportunities to scale budgets or upsell services.
  • Proactively identify and act on growth opportunities within your portfolio, including expanding campaign scope and increasing spend.
  • Conduct regular client calls to review performance metrics, discuss optimization strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot platform or campaign performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Take over account responsibilities post-sale, leading onboarding calls, setting up campaign strategies, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Partner with sales to foster long-term relationships, contributing to client retention and growth by meeting monthly revenue and retention goals.
  • Act as a key product expert and trusted resource for clients and internal teams, investigating and solving complex issues related to campaign performance and platform bugs.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising and app clients.
  • Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, ideally in CTV environments.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to deep dive into campaign results and provide insights for optimization and strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently explain campaign performance, make recommendations, and upsell to clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently, managing your portfolio with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical savvy, and a love for investigating platform bugs and complex issues.
