Bisnow is hiring an Account Manager (internally titled Account Delivery Manager) to join our Client Success team. This entry-level role is responsible for the post-sale delivery and sponsor experience for event sponsorships and digital advertising campaigns. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations while building a foundation for growth into a Client Success Manager position.
What You'll Do
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure each piece of inventory a client purchases is delivered seamlessly.
- Execute each sale flawlessly to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Serve as the point of contact for all event sponsorship clients, working with Sales Executives and Client Success Managers.
- Monitor and manage all post-sale client deliverables, including obtaining digital and event page collateral.
- Own client preparation and sponsor experience leading up to each event: confirming attendee lists, providing setup instructions, gathering shipping details.
- Own client preparation and sponsor experience leading up to each ad or content campaign: managing run dates, deadlines, and ad specs.
- Communicate client needs with ad delivery, event coordination, sales, production, and accounting teams.
- Follow up post-events or digital ad placement to ensure an excellent experience.
- Analyze event feedback and follow up on each topic.
- Innovate digital and event series to improve attendee and client experience.
- Provide client feedback to internal departments to improve Bisnow performance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive continued account growth.
What We're Looking For
- Exposure to a sales environment, through school or work.
- Exposure to an event planning environment.
- Some experience with analytics and/or inventory.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position for candidates in the Los Angeles, CA area.
