ProcessUnity is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with executive buyers in our existing account base. You will be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities while meeting sales targets, understanding customer value, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Generate leads, pursue provided leads, and expand the company’s customer base.
- Understand customer value, provide tailored solutions, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, product, new business, partners, and customer success teams.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a growth mindset.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or GRC-related executive relationship roles.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CRM software and Sales Analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: €60,000 - €90,000 + commissions
