Noble Studios, a purpose-driven industry leader, is looking for a strategic Account Manager to act as a Senior Client Success Manager. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams of digital marketing experts to drive client performance and achieve their key objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple clients toward annual account plans and revenue growth opportunities.
- Facilitate scopes of work and proposals aligned to client goals.
- Maintain client relationships and deliver reports, recommendations, and briefings.
- Proactively identify opportunities to recommend solutions to existing clients.
- Define KPIs and objectives for client projects and services.
- Ensure team alignment with client goals so deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions.
- Ensure accurate scoping, estimation, scheduling, and coordination for projects and service delivery.
- Communicate project expectations and milestones to team members and clients.
- Manage client engagements to ensure satisfaction and balanced ROI.
- Provide thought leadership on services, marketing best practices, and client industry priorities.
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships including scope, performance, budget, and quality.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams for seamless integration of third-party services.
- Step in to support or lead production responsibilities when necessary.
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and team effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- A four-year college degree or equivalent education and experience in a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in account management within the marketing/technology/web industry.
- Demonstrated success with client relationship management or customer service.
- Problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience recommending solutions and making a business case for investments.
- Accurate verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set expectations and ensure understanding and agreement.
- Experience managing account revenue, forecasting, and contributing to growth targets.
- Solid working knowledge of current digital technologies.
- Ability to gain consensus and build enthusiasm for ideas and solutions.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage escalations.
- Strong project oversight capabilities, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Experience working within defined delivery processes and contributing to process improvement.
- Ability to be an assertive, inspiring forward-thinking problem solver.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
- Demonstrated ability to work in alignment with company values and standards.
- Knowledge and experience with website design and development and performance marketing.

- Ability to provide one's own fully insured transportation for driving to the office, customer locations and events, including possible out of market travel.
Nice to Have
- Proven success on a team implementing digital marketing solutions in an agency or as a client.
- Knowledge of selling methods that result in strong relationships and client business growth.
- Digital Marketing agency experience.
- Familiarity with Noble’s geographical markets and target verticals (travel and tourism, B2B and ecommerce).
- Demonstrated curiosity exploring and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) tools into your work.
