Theaccessgroup seeks an Account Manager to join our Accountants Division. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service to deliver product upsells, cross-sells, and new business. Your primary focus will be delivering real value and thought leadership to foster long-term partnerships with our mid-market customers.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their growth challenges and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Take ownership of a client portfolio, guiding customers through their journey with Access Accountants.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to nurture and uphold robust relationships.
- Articulate the value and key benefits of our solutions and how they solve critical business challenges for accounting firms.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively discuss and demonstrate the value proposition of our full range of Products & Services.
- Hit or exceed sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of pipeline generation, deal execution, and executive customer engagement.
- The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a wider team.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
- System knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.
