About the Role

CardioOne is hiring an Account Manager, Virtual Care to join our mission-driven team. This remote position is central to building and maintaining strong client relationships within our telehealth services, ensuring client success and satisfaction as we work to positively impact US cardiology.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and understanding their needs and goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement in clients' telehealth programs and provide guidance to optimize their virtual care offerings.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with services and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, utilization, and satisfaction, and report on these metrics.
  • Work with internal clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure client needs are met and to optimize the overall virtual care experience.
  • Utilize digital communication tools such as video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve client goals and ensure the long-term success of their virtual care programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and ensure client telehealth programs comply with all applicable laws and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in client relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using various digital communication tools, telehealth platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify trends to improve client outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve client goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Vice President of Virtual Care Management and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

  • Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Colorado (preferred), Delaware, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Rhode Island, North and South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
