Livestorm is seeking an Account Manager - SMB to join our team. This entry-level role is responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention. You will report directly to the AM Team Lead and Head of Sales.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with Livestorm's customers to drive revenue growth and ensure retention.
- Nurture and expand a portfolio of over 200 existing accounts, primarily Small and Medium Businesses.
- Develop strategic territory plans to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion into new business units.
- Build, maintain, and convert a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with C-level decision-makers.
- Coordinate with a multi-functional team to secure multi-year strategic agreements.
- Meet core KPIs around pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, meetings, and general activity.
- Develop and leverage Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.
- Meet and exceed your assigned sales quota.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English.
- At least one prior experience in Sales (Account Management, Customer Success, or as an Account Executive).
- A high-performance mentality with a consistent record of over-achievement.
- You are organized, rigorous, and adaptable to evolving processes and teams.
- The ability to demonstrate strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and comfort presenting to and building relationships with senior-level executives.

- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for putting the customer at the center of your day.

Team & Environment
You'll be part of the Account Management team, reporting to the AM Team Lead and Head of Sales. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Product, and Finance teams.
