About the Role

The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients using a predictive analytics SaaS platform
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and strategic discussions
  • Monitor client usage and engagement to ensure successful platform adoption
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client goals and platform performance
  • Track and report on key account metrics and customer satisfaction indicators
  • Advocate for client feedback within product and engineering teams
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new clients
  • Develop account plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate renewal timelines and contract negotiations
  • Promote best practices for leveraging predictive intelligence tools
  • Escalate technical or service issues when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing events
  • Monitor client health scores and take preventive actions
  • Partner with marketing to tailor communications for client segments
  • Contribute to client retention and expansion strategies
