About the Role

Culligan Quench is hiring an Account Manager for our Rapid Response Team. This role is central to managing customer accounts and driving satisfaction through proactive engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure account satisfaction through regular communication and swift issue resolution.
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value and building trust.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position. Candidates can be based remotely anywhere in the US, or work from our offices in King Of Prussia, PA or Grapevine, TX.
