Culligan Quench is hiring an Account Manager for our Rapid Response Team. This role is central to managing customer accounts and driving satisfaction through proactive engagement.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure account satisfaction through regular communication and swift issue resolution.
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates can be based remotely anywhere in the US, or work from our offices in King Of Prussia, PA or Grapevine, TX.
