About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships in the publishing industry, focusing on subscription-based products. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with strategic account management to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams
  • Provide input on pricing strategies
