Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager - Pisa to build and manage a portfolio of restaurant brand relationships on the Italian market. You'll use data-driven insights to lead partner growth and improve our platform's supply quality. This role reports to the Regional Manager.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance.
- Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty, impacting metrics such as market share.
- Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
- P&L knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Horeca, restaurants, or the food market.
- Fluency in English.
Team & Environment
