About the Role

The role involves managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Contribute to client retention strategies
  • Support the resolution of billing or service disputes
  • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions

  • Work with finance to align invoicing with deliverables
