Responsibilities
- Support sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Support developing sales plans aligned with market conditions and budget targets
- Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular customer visits independently and with internal stakeholders
- Perform mill liner wear monitoring and support engineering team in technical reporting
- Understand customer operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records (including Epicor and other systems)
Requirements
- Technical or engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, Mining, or related fields)
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or support customer-facing technical roles (mining or similar industries preferred)
- Mandarin Chinese (intermediate to advanced) and working proficiency in English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support account growth
- Willingness to travel and learn quickly in a dynamic, field-based environment

- Language Requirements - Mandarin Chinese – Intermediate to Advanced (Required) - English – Intermediate level, with the ability to communicate effectively in a work environment
- This role is based in Lima and requires regular travel across Peru.
