9110 Organon Pharma B.V. is hiring an Account Manager Migraine to drive sales and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals across The Netherlands. This is a remote role where you will be responsible for the sales performance of selected Organon products, focusing on migraine treatments.
What You'll Do
- Build or maintain partnerships with targeted customers, including general practitioners and specialists, to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed sales results for the assigned portfolio of products.
- Create and maintain strong partnerships for short-term and long-term value, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up-to-date, scientifically valuable, and tailored to individual customer needs.
- Understand customer needs related to patient management.
- Give input to the Marketing Manager to develop services and value differentiators.
- Ensure appropriate and professional speaker liaison management in close collaboration with medical affairs.
- Maintain professional stature in accordance with company practices, policies, and standards.
- Closely collaborate with the Qualified Responsible Person for Good Distribution Practice activities and undergo regular reminder trainings.
- Closely work together with the neurology team in Belgium and the Medical Science Liaison.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- At least five years of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical field as an Account Manager.
- Experience in hospital approach in The Netherlands.
- Experience in communicating complex medical and pharmacological information on products and therapeutic concepts.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Experience in organizing hybrid, online and/or face-to-face events.
- Willingness to undertake independent and proactive professional training.
- Strong communication skills, high motivation and enjoyment of networking with a professional appearance.
- Independent, solution- and result-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in neurology and migraine is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Belgium – The Netherlands Sales Team, working in close partnership with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs, and reporting to the Sales Lead Belgium and The Netherlands.
