About the Role

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients in the Midwest region, acting as the primary point of contact while identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the Midwest
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Monitor account health and customer satisfaction levels
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports
  • Address client concerns and resolve service issues promptly
  • Track key performance metrics for assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay client feedback
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations
  • Develop account plans to guide strategic growth
  • Attend on-site client meetings as needed
  • Work with marketing to tailor communications for clients
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed-upon timelines
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends affecting clients
  • Drive adoption of new features and services
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams
  • Maintain compliance with service-level agreements
  • Support onboarding for new clients within the region
  • Coordinate training sessions for client teams
  • Forecast revenue from existing accounts
