About the Role
The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients in the Midwest region, acting as the primary point of contact while identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the Midwest
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
- Monitor account health and customer satisfaction levels
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
