About the Role

NeoGenomics is hiring an Account Manager to drive new business growth and manage key client relationships within the Greater Miami area, covering the territory from Miami to Key West. This remote position is central to our mission, combining strategic territory management with consultative sales to deliver high-quality service.

What You'll Do

  • Increase sales volume of key products through effective territory management and solid sales execution.
  • Analyze market dynamics to maximize every opportunity to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Offer continuing education and service opportunities to targeted physicians and key hospital accounts.
  • Continually educate yourself on the latest information related to disease states, treatment, and the changing business environment.
  • Develop an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to the assigned territory.
  • Perform consultative sales and promotion of the company’s products for the assigned market specialty.
  • Develop and maintain a territory coverage plan with the Regional Director.
  • Provide routine service to key assigned accounts.
  • Properly present key products as directed.
  • Communicate regularly with all members of the assigned territory team.
  • Execute market development activities.
  • Focus on the development and maintenance of key accounts.
  • Perform product in-service training to ensure customer satisfaction as needed.
  • Produce frequent market feedback on products, competition, and market conditions for the Regional Director.
  • Develop and maintain territory-specific information relative to competitors and distributors in the market mix.
