Sastrify is looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to architect the long-term success of our customers. You will serve as a strategic commercial partner for innovative companies, focusing on high-level strategy where Finance and IT meet. What You'll Do

  • Act as the strategic architect for assigned customers' long-term success and value realization.
  • Serve as the primary commercial partner for innovative companies, managing key relationships.
  • Focus on high-level commercial strategy at the intersection of Finance and IT procurement.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a strategic Account Management, Customer Success, or similar commercial role.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS commercial dynamics and relationship management.
  • Ability to operate strategically at the executive level, particularly within Finance and IT departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to architect complex customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
